Returns are now easier than ever! If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please simply send your item back to one of our following mailing address for your refund or exchange. Please note, returned items must be in its original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags attached.
Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. After ship your return, please provide us a tracking number. We’ll notify you via email when we’ve processed your refund or exchange.
Please note, shipping charges for return or exchange are the customer’s responsibility. And we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. And we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 24 hours after item(s) are received by us. Refunds are given for the item’s price indicated on the original invoice, excluding any shipping fees.
